Message by Head of Department

It gives me immense pleasure to lead a department that is committed to excellence in teaching, research, and holistic student development. Our department strives to create a dynamic academic environment that encourages innovation, critical thinking, and ethical values among students.

We offer a robust curriculum aligned with the latest educational standards and industry demands. Our dedicated faculty members are not only passionate educators but also active researchers and mentors who guide students towards academic and professional success.

In addition to academic rigor, we place a strong emphasis on co-curricular and extension activities that prepare our students to become responsible global citizens. Through seminars, workshops, internships, and community engagement, we aim to bridge the gap between theory and practice and enhance the professional competencies of our students.

Having spent several years in the field of education—as a teacher, researcher, and now as the Head of this vibrant department—I have come to believe that education is not merely about the transfer of knowledge, but about inspiring transformation. At the heart of our work lies the desire to nurture educators who are thoughtful, compassionate, and equipped to make a real difference in the lives of learners and in society at large.

As we move forward, our vision is to continually evolve and adapt to the changing needs of education, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and inclusive growth.

We welcome collaborations and partnerships that contribute to the shared mission of empowering education.

We look forward to engaging with all stakeholders in building a more inclusive, innovative, and effective education system.

Warm wishes,
Prof. (Dr.) Anoj Raj
