Background
The Organization Started Working In 1974 As A Group Of Medical College Students. They Used To Arrange Medical Aid Camps In Villages By Taking Doctors With Them To Provide Free Medical Care To Villagers At Their Door Step.

When Some Of The Students Become Doctors Themselves, They Gave This Group A Formal Shape Of An Organization And Got It Registered As A Social Service Organization Under The Name And Style Of Subharti Sewa Sanstha In 1978.the Social Service And Generating Feeling Of National Unity Had Been Its Main Objectives.

Activities
Subharti Sewa Sanstha Is Involved In Various Activities Related To Service Of Society, Strengthening National Integration And Participating In National Programmes. Service Of Society Is Being Done By Arranging Medical Aid Camps In Villages And Suburban Areas Of City, By Running Schools Of Primary And Secondary Education And By Running Village Health Centres. Presently It Is Running Schools Of Primary And Secondary Education In Four Villages Namely Fatehpur Narain, Salore And Dungrawali In Meerut District And Sharifpur In Ghaziabad District. It Is Also Running Health Centres In Village Kelawan (bulandshahar District) Mahalwala, Khajoori And Lohia (meerut District) And Sarawani (gaziabad District ).

In The Field Of National Integration It Arranges Various Programmes Like Seminars, Symposia, Debate Etc On Communal Harmony And Other Burning Issues Of National Importance. It Also Participates In The National Programmes Like Birth Control, Family Planning, Training Of Dais And Village Medical Practitioners By Giving Contribution To These Projects Run By Sifpsa. Its Activities Can Be Summerised As Below:

1. Free Health Camps
Free Health Care Camps Are Arranged In Villages, Suburban Areas, Schools, Fares, Welfare Homes Etc, Where Specialist Doctors And Dentists Are Available With Their Mobile Van Fitted With Necessary Equipments. Free Services Are Provided To Kavariyas Also.

2. Blood Donation Camp
Every Year On 15th September, “blood Donation Camps” Are Arranged In Meerut And Bijnor In Collaboration With Diploma Engineers Association And Lokpriya Hospital.

3. Summer Camp
During Summer Vacations Camps Are Organized, Where Children Are Given Free Training In Computer, Skating, Toy Making, Painting, Mehndi, Dance, Embroidery And Knitting By Skilled Teachers.

4. Plantation
Emphesis Is Given To Planting And Caring Thousands Of Trees Every Year In Meerut And Nearby Areas.

5. Special Programs Are Organized On The Festival Of Rakshabandhan, Eid, Deepawali With The Aim Of Maintaining Unity And Integrity Amongst People.

6. Anti Polythene Rallies Are Taken Out.
