Class Rooms

The classrooms of BCSIHM provide the most conducive atmosphere for focused discussions between the students and the faculty. All the five (05) smart classes are equipped with training aids including OHP & LCD projectors to augment interactive learning. The classrooms are spacious and well ventilated to facilitate the teaching learning process. The faculty and student used these aids on a routine basis to enhance the overall effectiveness of teaching learning.

Front Office Lab

It helps to train students in Guest Reservation, Reception and Billing by Role Play & Mock sessions. There is focus on building a face to face interaction with guests. It boosts the student’s confidence and strengthens the vital ability to learn and develop hospitality service orientation.

Housekeeping Lab

The mock-Housekeeping laboratory is equipped with modern equipments which enables students to get the required practical training.

Model Guest Room

There is a model guest suite, created for housekeeping training. This Demo guest room furnished with furniture and fixtures, guest linen and other amenities. The room is well laid out to simulate the actual of a star hotel room.

Bakery and Confectionery

To impart training in baking and confectionery with latest types of ovens and confectionery equipment. A hot kitchen aids in the grooming of students into skilled bakers, confectionery artists and pastry chefs.

Food Production Lab

For training the students in Food and Beverage preparations which are served in the multi-cuisine restaurant during the practical session. Our Lab is equipped with combo cooking ranges, ovens, grillers, tan doors are also present. All equipment required for International cuisine such as Continental, Chinese, Japanese and Indian cuisine.

Training Restaurant Room

The training Restaurant helps to enhance style serving techniques. It operates 20 covers and also has a Training Bar to facilitate beverage practical experience.

Conference Room

Institute has an exclusive Conference Room for an effective and efficient use of the latest AV tools. Students are encouraged to develop analytical presentation skills and confidence. The lecture theaters are equipped with all the audio & visual aids such as LCD projectors, OHP, Amplifier with speaker.

Studio Kitchen

The first hotel Management institute to set up well equipped studio kitchen for live exposure to the students. The industry icons exhibit their expertise to the student live by demonstration of international cuisine. The faculty & students have also prepared TV shows which have been aired.

Computed Lab

Knowledge of computers is a must in today’s world. The students are provided with an air-conditioned computer lab with internet facility, for computing projects & other assignments.
