Subharti Medical College is steadily progressing towards excellence in Medical Education
under the able leadership of the Principal, Dr. A.K. Asthana. He is a postgraduate
from M.L.N. Medical College, Allahabad and has been there in the teaching faculty
in the department of Anatomy for 20 years till 1996 and during all these years,
he has been one of the most popular teachers amongst his students. Many of his students
are at key-positions in India and abroad.
As professor, he took voluntary retirement from M.L.N. Medical College, Allahabad
in 1996 and joined the faculty of Medicine and later as Chairman of Dept. of Anatomy
at the University of PNG, Australia. During his tenure he earned the admiration
of all, as a teacher and was rewarded as the best postgraduate teacher for several
years.He was a key member in the medical curriculum committee for designing the
problem based learning curriculum for the medical school of the university and a
researcher. He has been examiner in various national and international universities
and has guided many postgraduates and PhD thesis. He has published several research
papers in reputed national and international journals and has authored books of
Radiological Anatomy and Neuro-anatomy.
He visited several prestigious Universities of Australia and U.S.A. pursuing his
sabbatical research. He is firm believer in the goodness of humanity and the greatness
of Divinity. He has the vision, determination and grit to make Subharti Medical
College, as one of the best in the Nation.

Completed graduation (BDS) & then Masters ( MDS in Pedodontics with Preventive Dentistry)
from the prestigious King George’s Medical College Lucknow. Recipient of several
Certificates Of Honors in Orthodontics with preventive & children’s dentistry, Medicine
& Surgery, he has more than 20 International and National publications to his credit
and has contributed a number of chapters as author in different books of Pediatric
Dentistry. He has presented several papers as Guest Speaker & has been Guest Faculty
and examiner to the university of Mauritius.
Having served the Indian Dental Association at state & local levels, he was the
Editor of its journal “Impression” for 4 years and won BEST JOURNAL AWARD in 2004
at national level. He has also served Indian Society of Pedodontics & Preventive
Dentistry (ISPPD) as Executive member for two terms ( 2001-02 & 2002-03) and as
Treasurer(2004-06). An active Rotarian & a team member of rotary international’s
Inter-Continental Medicare Project, he has been to Zambia, Malawi, Combodia, Thialand
& Congo for the treatment camps as specialist dental surgeon and recently represented
India as Team Leader of Group Study Exchange Program to Texas ( USA ) 2010. He is
also a Paul Harris Fellow.
He has been nominated for the award of The Fellow of International College of Dentist
2011.

Professor Vijay Bhatnagar

Professor Vijay Bhatnagar is a scientist of international repute and a technocrat. He is
Ex-Deputy Director, National Institute of Occupational Health (NIOH), Indian Council
of Medical Research, Department of Health Research (MOHFW), Ahmedabad. He received
his Master and PhD degree from Agra University. His research specialization covers
a wide variety of fields ranging from environmental impact assessment, environmental
pollution, disaster management and environmental engineering.
He has vast teaching experience in NIOH, Ahmedabad and as visiting faculty in Gujarat
University and SP University Vallabhvidya Nagar and North Gujarat University. To
his credit, he has published over 55 research papers in high impact factor peer
reviewed National and International journals and chapter in books. He is also the
reviewer of many national and international journals and also PhD thesis examiner.
Professor Bhatnagar has several honors to his credit, and recipient of National
Institute of Health (NIH) fellowship and a visiting scientist to Institute of Environmental
Health, University of Cincinnati Medical Centre, Cincinnati, Ohio and National Cancer
Institute, NIH, Bethesda, Maryland, USA. He has been listed by Marquis Who's Who
in World 2006, Health Professional 2008, International Biographical Centre, Cambridge
and Google Biomed Expert.

Dr. Rajkumar Meena did his schooling from St. Anselm's Higher Secondary School Ajmer
(Raj.)
He did his Physiotherapy Graduation from Pt. DUIPH (M.O.S.J. & E. GOI) New Delhi,
affiliated to University of Delhi in 1996 and Post Graduation (M.P.T.) from All
India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Ministry of Health and
Welfare, GOI), Mumbai, affiliated to University of Mumbai in 1998.
After PG he served as faculty in following institution (1) As Demostrator, at Pt.
DUIPH, New Delhi, (2) As Reader/Acting Principal, at D.A.V.I.P.T.R., Jalandhar,
affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Faridkot, Pb., (3) As Lecturer,
at Composite Regional Centre for People with Disabilities (C.R.C.), Sunder Nagar
Mandi (H.P.) under (M.O.S.J. & E. GOI), (4) As Lecturer, at Department of Rahabilitation,
Guru Jambeshwar University, Hisar, (5) As Senior Consultant Physiotherapist, at
Indo Gulf Dignostic & Research Centre Noida (UP)
He joined Subharti Physiotherapy College 3 years back as Principal and the College
has been steadily progressing and touching new heights under his able guidance.
He is an intelligent hard working, dedicated and result oriented person.

(Capt.) Mrs. Geeta Parwanda is a dedicated and committed leader under whose guidance
Subharti Nursing College is touching newer heights. She did graduation in Nursing
from AFMC Pune in 1987 and Post Graduation from Karnataka University.
She got commissioned in regular Army service as Lieut, and was posted to various
Army Hospitals on Teaching and Administrative posts. She did ‘Initial Nursing Officer’
course in 1990 and received the best officer award in Military Nursing Service.
She has attended Nursing conferences/workshops in Army and Private sector. She has
also conducted First Aid course for NCC cadets and non-medical personnel. She Joined
Subharti Nursing College as Principal in 2002 and has received the best teacher
award in 2005 from Lions Club, Meerut Mahanagar. Received the Excellence award as
Principal in 2007 from TNAI UP State.
The PDMS school of Nursing received the best school of Nursing award in 2007 from
Trained Nurses Association of India U.P. State.

Dr. Vaibhav Goel Bhartiya is designated as Principal of Sardar Patel Subharti Institute
of Law (SARPA-SIL). He has done his masters in Law in Mercantile Law (Group). He
has completed his Doctor of Law (LL.D) in Public Health Law. He has done his P.G.
Diploma in Journalism and Mass Com from S.B.I.O.A. Institute.
He has proved his academic excellence in various universities. He has started his
teaching career from D.A.V. P.G. College, Muzaffarnagar. He has worked for Hidayattullah
National Law University, Addis Ababa University Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Africa. He
has also contributed his professional services for building B.P.R studies in Ethiopia
with collaboration of Ministry of Health Ethiopia.
On account of his academic excellence in the subject he enjoys the privilege of
working as academic advisor in various reputed institutions at Panipat, Kairtu and
Bankhanda Hapur. He has been a visiting fellow/guest faculty at Pt. Ravi Shanker
Shukla University for Research Methodology for M.Phil and P.G. Department of Law
at S.G.B.A. University for Human Rights and Research Methods. He is also contributing
for “Youth International Human Rights” for India Chapter. He has guided many research
students in completing their dissertation and thesis (for M.Phil and LL.M.) in India
and abroad.
Resently under his supervision five research scholars are doing their research work.
He has also delivered key note lectures at various local National Seminars and also
participated in various International conferences in India and Abroad. A committed
academician and prolific writer, he has credited twelve publication in his profile
out of six are in International Journals. He has more than 13 years of teaching
and professional experience of the subject in graduate and post graduate classes.
He is keenly devoted to quality education, with a view to fulfill his mission to
bring up the SARPA-SIL as ‘Law College’ of National Repute. Recently Dr. Vaibhav
has been panelled to teach Law NACEN for training of 61st Batch of IRS officers.
Dr. Bhartiya is embarking on to study and evaluate existing health regulatory regime
in the Indian sub-continent and the African continent with a view to improve effective
health care without significant cost.

Mr.Rajendra Prasad Singh is a post graduate in Economics from Banaras Hindu University.
He started his career as a professional social Activist by joining Centre for Science
and Environment, Delhi,a Public sector organisation dedicated to create public awareness
in science,technology, environment and development.He therefore,shifted to the stream
of journalism,he worked as publisher of Sunday Business and Political observer.
From print media he transgressed to electronic media as a more powerful & communication
tool and produced prestigious news programmes for 'Doordarshan'.He worked as head
of Research,'Zee News'and as Head of news in MH-1.During his tenure in electronic
media he produced several reputed programmes like Breakfast News ,Subah Savere,India
Invented,Pehal,Andaz Apna Apna,Neta Tum he ho kal ke.
With this profound knowledge of Journalism he was selected as Principal of Subharti
College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
