Events Held in C.S.S.H. in month of December 2011
Department of Ophthalmology
N.P.C.B (National Programme for Control of Blindness)
Eleven free eye camps were held at different block of Meerut and Baghpat district
on every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday by eye Department of Subharti Hospital in
month of December 2011. Total four hundred and twenty seven patients were examined
and eighty two were operated for cataract.

CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI SUBHARTI BLOOD BANK
Two hundred and forty six units of blood were collected from replacement/voluntary
donors and four hundred and forty seven units of blood and blood products were issued
to patients.

*Monthly report of HIV-TB co-infection will be submitted of one month back from now
onwards as the cases which are referred from ICTC to RNTCP takes atleast one month
to get diagnosed for tuberculosis and their report can only be submitted after one
month.
Department of Respiratory Medicine
REVISED NATIONAL TUBERCULOSIS CONTROL PROGRAMME
Total 168 patients were examined out of which 18 patients were found positive. Out
of 18 patients, 04 patients put on DOTS, 09 patients referred out of District, 01
patients referred with in District, 01 patient was admitted in hospital and 03 patients
have taken treatment from outside in the month of December 2011. [Total patient
put on DOTS Subharti Medical College = 06 (Positive + extra pulmonary patient)]
